1. Delivery and shipping

 

Digital publications can be downloaded from our website. After completing the payment process, we will provide a download link on the final completion page which will remain active for 48 hours. You can reaccess this page through your <My account>. Digital publications are usually provided as PDF documents for which you will require a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

 

The shipping of paper-based or electronic storage device-based publications is subject to their availability. In case of availability, we will dispatch publications within one to two working days to our shipping agent. You will receive the publication within the usual delivery period for your region. Shipping to locations within Germany usually takes about 1-2 days but may be longer for destinations outside Germany.

 

2. Shiping costs

 

All shipping costs for paper-based and electronic storage device-based publications is included in the displayed price and will not be charged separately.

 

3. Returns policy

 

You have the right to return paper-based and electronic storage device-based publications within 2 weeks of receipt without specifying any reason. Please return all deliveries to: Kemper’s Jones Lang LaSalle Retail GmbH, Marketing Abteilung, Königsallee 92a, 40212 Düsseldorf. It is sufficent to dispatch any publications within 2 weeks of receipt. You can extend this term by individual agreement e.g. by fax, e-mail or letter. All return costs and risk will be covered by us.

 

Downloaded publications or electronic storage devices with a broken seal cannot be returned, unless agreed otherwise.
